Heart Identity provides Christ-centered artwork, creative and educational resources, faith-centered content, digital products, personalized artwork, and related materials intended to encourage creativity, faith, reflection, hope, and personal growth. Some Heart Identity products are designed for children and families. Purchases, customer accounts, and other transactions on our website are intended for adults or individuals acting with appropriate parent or legal guardian involvement or permission.

When making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate and current information and authorize our applicable payment processor to charge the amount displayed at checkout.

Heart Identity does not intentionally store complete payment-card information. Payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers according to their own terms and privacy practices.

Prices, promotions, bundles, discount codes, sales, and product availability may change. Unless otherwise stated, a later sale or price reduction does not entitle a previous purchaser to a retroactive refund or price adjustment. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing, description, or technical errors and to cancel or refund an affected order when reasonably necessary.

Purchasing a digital Heart Identity product does not transfer ownership of the copyright or other intellectual-property rights in that product. Instead, you receive a limited license to use the product according to the license purchased and the applicable product terms. Unauthorized copying, sharing, resale, commercial use, public distribution, or redistribution is prohibited unless expressly permitted by the applicable license.

Where gifting is available, you may purchase a product for another person. The applicable digital license belongs to the intended recipient or recipient household and does not automatically grant the purchaser a second license. Customers may also give physical prints as gifts where expressly permitted by the applicable artwork license. Purchasing one digital license does not permit distributing copies of the digital file to multiple households or recipients.

Heart Identity may offer optional customer accounts. An account is not required to make a purchase unless otherwise stated for a particular service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for providing accurate account information. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of fraud, unlawful activity, infringement, unauthorized distribution, abuse, or a material violation of these Terms.

When you submit photographs or other materials to Heart Identity, including reference photographs for One-on-One With the Savior artwork, you represent that you own those materials or have appropriate permission to provide and use them for the requested purpose.

When submitting photographs of a minor, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian or otherwise have appropriate authority or permission.

You grant Heart Identity the limited permission necessary to use submitted materials to create, administer, and deliver the product or service you requested. Submitting photographs does not automatically grant Heart Identity permission to publicly display your likeness or finished custom artwork for advertising, social media, portfolio, email marketing, or other promotional purposes. We will obtain separate affirmative permission for such use.

Except where otherwise identified, Heart Identity and/or the applicable artist, author, or rightsholder retains the intellectual-property rights in original Heart Identity content and products. Third-party materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

When you make a purchase, we may use your email address to provide receipts, downloads, account information, order updates, customer service, and other transactional communications.

Heart Identity may also send customers marketing communications as permitted by applicable law. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe option provided in those communications. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending communications reasonably necessary to fulfill or administer your orders, purchases, accounts, or requested services.

Our website may use or link to third-party services. For example, physical copies of The Miracle of Jesus may be purchased through Amazon. Purchases completed through Amazon are subject to Amazon’s applicable terms, payment, fulfillment, shipping, return, and privacy policies. Heart Identity does not control third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their independent content, practices, availability, or policies.

Heart Identity content is provided for educational, creative, informational, inspirational, and faith-centered purposes. It is not individualized medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, financial, tax, or other licensed professional advice. Please see our Disclaimer for additional information.

We may update, modify, discontinue, or temporarily interrupt portions of our website, products, services, or features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability or that every product or feature will remain available indefinitely.

You may not use Heart Identity’s website, products, or materials to violate applicable law, infringe intellectual-property rights, interfere with website security, fraudulently obtain products, distribute malicious technology, impersonate another person, or engage in unauthorized copying, redistribution, resale, or commercial exploitation of Heart Identity materials.

Purchases are subject to our Refund & Return Policy and any additional terms applicable to the particular product. Digital products are generally final once delivered or accessed, subject to the exceptions described in that policy. Custom One-on-One artwork has separate cancellation and revision provisions because individualized artistic work is performed for each customer.

Heart Identity strives to provide high-quality products, resources, and website experiences. However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, products and website content are provided without guarantees that they will produce particular personal, educational, spiritual, financial, health, or other outcomes.

Heart Identity is not responsible for matters outside its reasonable control, including third-party service interruptions, customer misuse of products, or differences arising from third-party printing services. Any limitations or exclusions of liability apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

These Terms are generally governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without limiting consumer or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.

We may update these Terms as our website, products, technology, or legal obligations change. The current version will display its effective or last-updated date. Where appropriate or legally required, we may provide additional notice of material changes. Changes to website Terms will not be interpreted to retroactively remove specific usage rights already granted under a completed purchase except where permitted or required by law.
