Copyright & Permitted Use

Unless otherwise stated, original content created for Heart Identity is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Copyright and other applicable rights remain with Heart Identity, LLC and/or the individual artist, author, or other applicable rightsholder. Purchasing or downloading a Heart Identity product does not transfer copyright ownership.

Digital artwork is provided under the license selected at purchase. A customer may make the personal physical prints permitted under that license, including permitted physical gift prints.

• Do not share, email, text, transfer, or distribute the original digital artwork file.
• Do not sell physical prints or merchandise featuring the artwork.
• Do not use the artwork commercially unless separately authorized in writing.
• Do not upload the downloadable file for others to access, sublicense it, claim it as your own creation, or alter it and then sell or commercially distribute it.

Customers receive personal-use permission to make unlimited physical prints for their household, including large-format or canvas prints, and may give physical prints to family or friends as gifts. The original digital file may not be redistributed or sold, and the artwork may not be commercially exploited without separate written permission. Customers may share reasonable display images or photographs of their own finished commission on personal social media. Heart Identity’s copyright interest in the artistic work is separate from the customer’s privacy and likeness rights.

Doodle Draws are licensed according to the license purchased: Individual & Household License; Single Instructor / Practitioner License; or School / Organization License. Authorized instructors may print and distribute permitted worksheets to their own licensed students and may display materials during instruction. The master digital PDF may not be distributed beyond the applicable license.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, free resources may be downloaded for personal use, kept, printed for yourself, and printed as physical gifts for friends or family.

• Do not sell them or commercially redistribute them.
• Do not upload the original digital file to another website or public repository.
• Do not modify and resell or republish them.
• Do not remove ownership/copyright information and claim them as your own.

Heart Identity’s original articles, written materials, illustrations, graphics, videos, educational resources, photographs owned by Heart Identity, product descriptions, and other original website materials may not be copied wholesale and republished without permission. You are welcome to share links to Heart Identity pages and use built-in social-media sharing/reposting tools for Heart Identity’s publicly posted content.

Customers may share ordinary photographs showing Heart Identity artwork displayed in their homes or showing Heart Identity resources being used. However, posting a complete high-resolution artwork file, complete Doodle Draw pages, or other material in a way that effectively provides the paid product to others is not permitted. Attribution to Heart Identity and/or the artist is appreciated.

Some Heart Identity materials may contain or reference scripture, quotations, fonts, photographs, music, or other content owned by third parties or otherwise subject to separate rights. Heart Identity does not claim ownership of third-party materials merely because they appear within or are referenced by our website or resources.

Unless a product specifically includes commercial-use rights or Heart Identity provides separate written authorization, Heart Identity products and downloads are not licensed for commercial use.
