Our Commitment to Accessibility
Heart Identity wants our website, artwork, products, and resources to be welcoming and reasonably accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. Accessibility is an ongoing effort.
Website Accessibility
Where reasonably possible, we aim to support:
- Readable text and appropriate visual contrast
- Clear page structure and headings
- Understandable navigation
- Meaningful labels for links, buttons, and forms
- Keyboard accessibility where supported by our technology
- Meaningful alternative text for important images
- Reasonable compatibility with commonly used assistive technologies
Artwork & Visual Content
Artwork is an important part of the Heart Identity experience. Where reasonably possible, we aim to provide meaningful titles, descriptions, alternative text, or other contextual information that communicates the subject or purpose of important visual content.
Digital Downloads
Some downloadable materials, particularly older resources or highly visual materials, may not be fully accessible in every format or to every assistive technology.
Some products, including Doodle Draws, are inherently visual and involve drawing, visual observation, or visual recall. We nevertheless aim to make accompanying product descriptions, instructions, purchasing information, and other supporting content reasonably accessible.
Need Assistance?
If you experience difficulty accessing part of our website or one of our resources, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you or provide information or an alternative format when feasible.
When contacting us, it is helpful to tell us which page, product, or resource you were trying to access and what difficulty you experienced.
Ongoing Improvement
Technology and accessibility practices continue to evolve. Heart Identity intends to review and improve accessibility over time as our website, products, and technology change.
