Shipping & Returns

Most products currently offered directly through Heart Identity are digital products and therefore do not require physical shipping. Digital artwork, Doodle Draws, paid downloadable products, and free downloadable resources are delivered electronically.

Because digital files cannot meaningfully be returned once delivered or accessed, sales of digital artwork, Doodle Draws, and other paid downloadable products are generally final and non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

Please contact us within 14 days of purchase if:

• The wrong file was delivered.
• The file is corrupted or unusable because of a technical problem with the file itself.
• You accidentally purchased the exact same product twice.
• Heart Identity made an error with your order.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate technical or order problems.

A change of mind, no longer needing the product, purchasing without reviewing its description, or choosing a print size or license that does not meet the customer's intended use generally does not qualify for a refund.

Where an eligible license/file upgrade is available, Heart Identity may help with an upgrade instead.

Physical copies of The Miracle of Jesus are sold and fulfilled through Amazon.

Amazon controls applicable product availability, shipping charges, delivery estimates, tracking, shipping destinations, lost or damaged shipment procedures, cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds.

Heart Identity does not process refunds for transactions completed through Amazon.

If you do not receive an expected digital-delivery email:

1. Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.
2. Check your order confirmation/download page or Heart Identity account if available.
3. Contact us if you still cannot access your purchase.
